Why does my messages not send?

So, you have registered our system created a new messages, changed the status to Active, but the emails wasn’t sent yet?

to understand the cycle of sending messages, we did our best to simplify the process to the following diagram:

as you can see, the messages must answer all rules before it sent our, so, on the first few days, all messages have to get in to our queues, later on , they will be sent to the customers, according the rules you have chosen.
