There are few steps you should do to make the movement to AllInSeller system as smooth as possible:
- make sure you are backing up all messages from your current Auto-Responder system, then create a new message and paste the message content, make sure to re-attach images and documents to the message.
- the best will be to move the first product, then all the other, to make sure the it working properly, then add the other one by one, you can use the “test Message” status to check the emails are sending correctly to the “Sent” emails on AllInSeller menu.
- Timing – choose the timing right, start sending emails from the moment you stop sending emails on the other system, make sure the rules are the same, and use the “send past emails” if needed.
